We source our products globally to allow us to find the best variety of products, at
competitive prices. Products with high demand will take 2-4 weeks for delivery.
I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Due to this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest of your ordered products.
Please rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once, the rest of your order is on its way!

How to order?
1. Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order.
2. Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”
3. Click "Check Out" in the pop up window.
4. In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click "Continue to Shipping Method"
5. Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen
6. Then fill in your credit card information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction.
How do I track my order?
Easy! Click the Track Order tab on the home page and just enter the email address you used to purchase our product also include the order number we sent via email. Please refer to the order confirmation email not the order invoice.
Is it safe to put my credit card number into this website?
Yes. We don’t store any of your credit card information (that’s handled by our payment processor) and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.

Do you accept PayPal or some other weird payment system that I like?
Yes, we use our own payment system, which works using Shopify or Paypal. We accept all four regular credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover.
